ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS
In line with the Bank’s strategic objectives and operational dynamics, the key changes made to the organizational structure in 2025 are outlined below:
- Within the scope of process improvement and redesign efforts aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing operational risks in the Bank’s Treasury operations, organizational restructuring was carried out in the units under the Treasury Department.
- In order to establish an integrated Human Resources Management structure at the Bank, and in line with industry practices, an organizational change and restructuring was implemented, encompassing the reorganization of functions and the transfer of duties between the Human Resources and Organizational Development Directorate and the Strategic Planning and Sustainability Department.
- An organizational change and restructuring was carried out to fulfill obligations related to participation finance products, to develop new participation finance products, and to establish the necessary infrastructure at the Bank.
- In line with banking regulations, functions were reorganized and duties were transferred between our Credit and Insurance Policies, Monitoring and Analytics Directorate and our Risk Management Department regarding the Bank’s credit assessment and rating models and the validation of these models.
- An organizational change and restructuring were carried out in the Risk Management Department to establish a more effective risk management structure at the Bank.*
- In order to enhance the effectiveness of the conduct and management of support activities for exporters within the scope of the Bank’s insurance products and applications, a transfer of duties, along with organizational change and restructuring, was carried out between the Insurance business line and the Marketing Department.*
