The financial operations and strategic activities carried out in 2025 in line with Türk Eximbank’s goals and strategies are presented below:

  • A Murabaha syndication financing of USD 174 million was secured from a consortium of banks, coordinated by the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), the trade finance arm of the Islamic Development Bank.
  • The Bank signed the largest syndicated loan agreement in its history, securing a total of USD 1 billion in new funding.
  • An agreement was reached with the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), a member of the Islamic Development Bank Group, for Islamic financing amounting to USD 100 million.
  • Participation in the “Global Transport Connectivity Forum,” which shapes global transport policies, provided an opportunity to discuss in detail Türkiye’s strategic role in east-west trade and alternative routes.
  • A bond issuance of USD 500 million was successfully completed, attracting demand exceeding USD 2.3 billion from 130 institutional investors across three continents.
  • In collaboration with Participation Banks of Türkiye, a new support model compliant with participation finance principles was offered to exporters; the cost-effective Export Support Financing Program, sourced from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT), was launched through Türk Eximbank’s innovative vision.
  • A financing agreement was signed between Türk Eximbank and Saudi Eximbank.
  • Making a strategic contribution to Türkiye’s green export vision, a Green Financing Module was integrated into the GreenTİM platform, developed by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), in collaboration with Türk Eximbank. This platform has enabled exporters to access USD 1 billion in green financing.
  • A 19-year loan agreement for EUR 500 million was signed with the Asian Development Bank.
