Through its technological modernization efforts, Türk Eximbank continues to use its resources most effectively while advancing the quality of its services to exporters with its digitalization vision.
In light of global developments in information technology, Türk Eximbank continues to enhance its service infrastructure by leveraging new technologies, thereby increasing speed and efficiency in its operations. Through its technological modernization efforts, the Bank continues to use its resources as efficiently as possible while, through its digitalization vision, further raising the quality of services it provides to exporters.
Türk Eximbank continuously carries out audit and certification processes to ensure the continuity of its international standards. The ISO 27001 Information Security Management System audit was conducted in January 2026. The audit was successfully completed, and the certificate’s validity has been extended to February 4, 2027.

Projects implemented to meet the needs of exporters and facilitate their operations:
- As part of the goal of improving the exporter experience, initial work on foreign trade products has been completed and made available to exporters. Digital Transformation initiatives were carried out, adding new functionalities to the Internet Branch and Mobile Branch screens. Additionally, SÖİK Internet Banking, used by banks, was fully developed in compliance with Open API standards as part of Digital Transformation efforts and launched.
- As part of the goal to improve the exporter experience, work on the participation rediscount product was completed, increasing the variety of products offered to exporters.
- As part of the Increase Analytical Maturity goal, efforts have continued to create data marts, based on the Corporate Data infrastructure, to support stakeholders’ self-service reporting needs.
- As part of the objective to increase operational efficiency, improvement and development activities were carried out on core banking applications.
- As part of the objective of acquiring IT competencies to implement the Bank’s priorities, the enterprise architecture transformation continued.
- The completion of IT Master Projects was ensured in accordance with the scope and timeline determined by the IS Steering Committee.
- Demand and maintenance management activities were carried out quickly and efficiently in line with the needs of business units.
- The Bank’s Business Continuity test activities were completed, and compliance activities with the Regulation on Information Systems of Banks and Electronic Banking Services and the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System were carried out throughout the year.
- Following the Independent Audit, Internal Audit, and Information Security Vulnerability (Penetration) Tests, efforts were made to address significant and noteworthy findings within the scope of IT.
- In line with current technological developments, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives were carried out, contributing to the improvement of operational processes and the optimization of resource utilization.
- Through improvements made to enhance the effectiveness of monitoring systems and problem management processes, service continuity and operational resilience were strengthened by enabling early detection and proactive management of potential outages.

In line with current technological developments, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives were carried out, contributing to the improvement of operational processes and the optimization of resource utilization.
