INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Türk Eximbank continues to carry out its activities under the Integrated Management System, which was established in 2022 to ensure that its corporate operations are conducted in line with international standards and to further strengthen its corporate governance structure. In this context, the Bank maintained the following management systems in 2025:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System,
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System
To maintain continuity and service quality in certification processes, no change was made to the audit firm; work continues within the framework of a three-year contract covering certification and subsequent surveillance audits.
Initiatives were undertaken in the areas of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and anti-corruption at the Head Office units, regional directorates, and branches, taking into account the targets and actions set within the scope of international standards and continuous improvement activities.
During 2025, the Bank increased employee participation in, and awareness of, quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and anti-corruption issues through the Bank’s training platform and classroom training.
As a result of the work carried out throughout the year, Türk Eximbank successfully completed the audits conducted in November 2025 by an independent audit firm accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK) and ensured the continuity of its international ISO certifications.
Comprehensive training activities were conducted via the EXIM Academy platform to increase corporate awareness of the standards within the Integrated Management System (IMS). In this context, the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System training was made available to employees through interactive video content and Q&A forms prepared by experts from the Bank’s Regulatory Compliance Directorate.
