CAPITAL STRUCTURE
All of the Bank’s shares are owned by the Treasury, and the Chairman of the Board, Board Members, General Manager, and Deputy General Manager hold no shares.
Developments in Capital
As approved at the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 12 January 2017, Türk Eximbank adopted the ‘Registered Capital System’ in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. The decision was registered with the Trade Registry and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, issue 9252, dated 30 January 2017.
In line with the decision of the Bank’s Ordinary General Assembly on June 5, 2024, the Bank’s registered capital ceiling was increased from TL 50 billion to TL 120 billion, and it remains in effect as of the end of 2025.
In 2025, the Bank’s paid-in capital of TL 55.3 billion was increased by TL 33.1 billion to TL 88.4 billion, with the entire amount covered by internal resources. The capital increase was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, No. 11436, dated 14 October 2025.
