No resolution was adopted on this matter at the Bank’s Ordinary General Assembly held on 22 April 2025.

The Bank’s paid-in capital of TL 55.27 billion was increased to TL 88.37 billion through an amendment to the Articles of Association, by transferring TL 33.1 billion from extraordinary reserves. The capital increase procedures were completed and registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate, and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, No. 11436, dated 14 October 2025.
